The time has come to close shop. Sorry some submissions expired before I got to them, but what wasn't expired has been submitted for one last time.
I still don't know whether to keep this group up or deactivate it altogether. I know I said I'd keep it up, but seeing the icon on my profile is going to haunt me so we'll see.
If you're sad about the closure, I'd recommend
as a good starting point if you're looking for another group similar to this.

Group Closure
To put it simply, I'm thinking of closing this group sometime in the near future.
I have loved the time I've spent running this group. I love seeing people's OCs developing and artists improving. But the fact remains that I simply do not have the time to manage this group as efficiently as I'd like. I recently started studying a science degree and with that taking up most of my time, the free time I have is diminished and quite honestly, I want to spend that on my own projects.
My morale for running this group has fallen too. 99% of members are lovely people who abide by the rules. But it's pretty disheartening

We Are Open For Submission
Hi guys!
If everything has gone smoothly, you should now be able to submit artwork once again. Let me know if you are having problems submitting, just in case I overlooked something.
The new folder system is hopefully a lot simpler than the last one. There's only a handful of folders and the should be easy enough to figure out. The new folder guide, as well as the simplified rules are available here:

I've read the other journal that explains everything but still feel sad about the group closing because I loved it a lot and still do... ;w; I understand your motivations though. I hope you will let the group this way though and won't deactivate it. I wish you all the best with your studies and everything else!!
